What we think of the NEW Clif Bar Shot Bloks…
As a keen road biker myself i am always looking for nutritional products to fuel my grueling stints in the saddle. If your like me and are fed up with messy gel packs sat in your jersey pockets and find yourself thinking it better not go on my new top or looking for the nearest bin to throw away the gluppy gel or have given up so much with gels you switched to energy bars instead….well fear not as this needs to be no longer the case…with the arrival of the Shot Blok from Clif Bar.
Clif Bar have released a new Electrolyte Chew on the market. The Shot Blok. Shot Bloks use to come in bags but due to improvement in packaging design & a need for a convenient packet came the release of the FASTPACK Shot Bloks.
We at Body Max Supplements are always trailing and testing products and we think we have hit on a winner with Clif Bar.
We eat them all the time. They key things about the Bloks is that they’re not messy to use (like gels), you don’t have to eat a whole pack one one ride (they keep okay in your pack) and they’re actually pleasant to eat. They don’t feel like a chore to consume. They give out a noticeable increase in sustained energy. Quicker than an energy bar and not as rushy and stomach-hating as a gel. They’re like a longer-lasting lower-amplitude gel.
