Coming soon to Body Max Supplements is the MuleBar!!! A 65g nutritional bar which is available in a range of flavours to provide you with a energy source that lasts. Like Clif Bars, MuleBars are a great source of fuel and come in very handy sized bars and taste fantastic.
Here is a bar with ingredients you can recognise. A mixture of dried fruit, oats and nuts provides a lot of carbohydrate, and the low fat content means this bar would be quickly digested.
It’s soft and easy to eat. Not as sticky as pure apricots, not as dry as oats. The makers characterise it as ‘fuel for adventure’. The sugars (from rice syrup and apricots) will be absorbed rapidly and starchy carbohydrate (from oatmeal and oats) will provide a sustained flow of sugars into the bloodstream.
We are hoping to have these in stock by the end of this week (23.10.09) and as a launch product we will be offering these at an introductory price at a special discounted rate for 3 days on launch. Helping you to buy your energy supplements and saving you a packet at the same time.
MuleBars Come in Flavours: Apple Strudel, Chocolate Fig Fiesta, Hunza Nut, Mango Tango, Liquorice Allsport and Pinacolada.
In addition to their energy bar range Mulebar also produce a recovery bar. “Mule ReFuel”, a kicking, high protein recovery bar in chocolate and date, and chocolate and banana flavours.
About Mulebar
A long time ago on a mountain far, far away in the Andes we realized there was a fundamental problem with food while exercising strenuously. What was available didn’t taste real and because of that it didn’t taste good and couldn’t be easily digested. This was the birth of Mulebar™. We set the company up as a 1% For The Planet Company, dedicated to donating 1% of sales every year to environmental groups protecting our natural world. Two of our four Mulebars are Fairtrade accredited but watch this space as we are working hard with fruit and other ingredient producers around the world to make all our bars Fairtrade. Over the past 3 years, prototype after prototype has been made, tried by friends, raced with in South Africa’s Cape Epic 9 day stage race, climbed with in the Alps, wheeled along with in the Etape du Tour and used in many children’s lunch boxes.
